We had an amazing time at this place! The room was spotless and comfortable, with a dreamy bed. The pool in the middle of the house was perfect for a refreshing swim. The terrace outside was great for chilling and relaxing. The staff and owner were so friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach and main road. The chef prepared delicious meals if we wanted to eat on-site. We will definitely be coming back!
Felt right at home, no complaints at all.

The rooms at Hakuna Matata Boutique are absolutely fantastic! They are spacious and comfortable, with a cozy seating area where I could relax after a long day. The air conditioning was a lifesaver for someone like me who struggles with the heat. Plus, having free WiFi was a great bonus!
The only thing I didn't love about the room was the bidet in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

During my recent trip to Paje, I stayed at Hakuna Matata Boutique solely for transit purposes. The location of this hotel was incredibly convenient as it is situated just 36 km away from the nearest airport. This saved me a significant amount of time and hassle, allowing for a smooth transition in my travel plans. the hotel's database provided comprehensive information about the surrounding area, making it easy for me to explore and find nearby attractions.
I found it inconvenient to have to visit a cash machine for withdrawals in order to pay for my meals and drinks.

Oh, how I enjoyed being interrupted by the charming Sophia and her relentless sales pitches. Such a delightful experience.

I had a fantastic stay at Hakuna Matata Boutique in Paje. the rooms were beautifully clean and the swimming area was perfect for relaxation. the staff, including the manager Rehema, were incredibly friendly and helpful. the hotel's location just steps away from the beach was a major plus. the sister hotel, Frangi pwani, was also worth a visit. Both hotels were well-equipped to handle any power or water outages, providing a safe and comfortable experience. the management and cleanliness were top-notch, making for a great stay. Breakfast was delicious, with options like eggs, juice, and a fruit plate. the staff was attentive and served us on the terrace of our room. The pool was also a nice addition, adding to the overall appeal of the property. Cons: Hard to think of anything 🤔.
